Consulting - providing expert advice or services in a particular field
Coaching - a process that enables learning and development to occur and thus performance to improve.
At ICD we believe that both of these types of support are important and it depends on the needs of the client as to which will work best.
However, the combination of the attributes of both of these often brings about the best value for our clients
At ICD we understand that each of our clients is unique. This means that there is no single solution or right answer.
