Who are
ICD Consulting Ltd was started in 2006 with the aim of developing a specialist consultancy which provided its clients with both advice and implementation support so they achieved the improvements that they identified.
To be able to provide a wider range of skills and meet the demands of different clients and projects, ICD uses its own people as well as associates who are experienced consultants in their own right.
Our clients
Our clients range from small distribution businesses to large public criminal justice organisations. The common theme is a passion to improve, a recognition that change has to happen and a willingness to invest in staff, processes & systems.
We work with our clients on collaborative projects where experienced consultants work alongside client teams to ensure that not only is the project successful but that the clients people learn new skills.
